Ctrl + Z is a general shortcut used to undo actions. It is listed as a shortcut for efiting in Firefox. It is fairly universal Windows OS and othe OS support this as do many applications. Not to sure abour Ctrl+ Shift + Z but maybe it is someting to do with yoor Web Development software.

Ctrl+Shift+Z should do the reverse of Ctrl+Z: Redo At least that does it for me on Linux. So both shortcuts are already taken.
