Hello armifox,

could you please give me more information about your issue so that I can more accurately troubleshoot it?

What is the file extension (filename.EXTENSION)? Is this a recurring issue? You might want to upgrade your Firefox version to the latest one (12.0) as it might very much fix your problem.

Thank you for your patience and let me know how it goes.

The program is Mac Pages (the equivalent to MS Word), and the extension is: .pages

Upgraded to the latest version of Firefox and I still get the same error message.
