Kaspersky released Patch H' and I already for Firefox 11 and Firefox 12, it is only for Kaspersky 2012. Make sure that you have it? Go to Kaspersky tray icon right click and click on About ... You can check it beside version number, it will looks like 12.0.0.374 (a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i)
- Go to Firefox/Tools-Addon-Extension and Make sure that tose are enable?
I have 'H' but Kaspersky Support-site does not have any patch called 'I'. Check it out for yourself if you want to. I tried updating it from Kaspersky 'Update' section (in the application) but it still says 'H'. Please check the site >http://support.kaspersky.com/kis2012<...

Firefox 14 is a beta version, won't be released until July 17th. As a beta Kaspersky doesn't support it.
