It looks like the site didn't finish loading. Try holding down the shift key while clicking reload. If that doesn't work, Websites look wrong or appear differently than they should has more suggestions.

Let's see if we can rule some things out. Can you try running Firefox in Safe Mode and see if the problem still happens?

Try to clear the cache in Firefox in case you used external program previously.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

If you can't fix your current profile then try a new profile.

See "Basic Troubleshooting: Make a new profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.
