Using the Plugin Check in Add-on Manager lists the subject Google plugin as "Outdated Version" as an Outdated Version but the Update button has no embedded link to download or install an update (the button is non-functional). Searching in here for "Google Talk Plugin" results in 1010 hits (dumb search engine!) which is no help at all (the first 30 were viewed, all totally unrelated)
