Can anybody suggest a site that I can use to replace Real Player. One that possibly has the ease and range of Real Player. I have been all over to Real Player, Adobe, Firefox, and every other site imaginable. I have installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled enough junk and useless "fixes" to fill three computers. I need a new downloader that will allow me to D-load and save videos from various sites.Is there any other site that will do that. Oh yeah, free helps too.

I HAD THIS PROBLEM ALSO AND FIXED IT BY DISABILING SHOCKWAVE FLASH 11.3.300.257 AND JUST USING 11.2.202.233. BOTH WERE IN MY ADD ONS FOLDER. I love my real player and wont give it up and thankfully it works just fine now. Plays videos and has the little download bar popping right up. Hope this helps you. This problem arose when I upgraded to Firefox 13

i ALREADY HAD BOTH VERSIONS FOR THE FLASHPLAYER IN MY FOLDER WHEN I UPDATED BUT THANKS ANYWAY jsher2000. Spent 2 days and many relaods to find this simple solution by myself. Tried other methods including the one about using about:config.

I went to the link to download the 11.2 and a window pops up that won't let me load that because it is not the latest offering.

use jscher2000's link above. then go to cor-el's link in the answers. See also https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/flash-113-crashes.

Wait a minute, do I have to uninstall 11.3 first. I am worried that if I do I am going to mess something up.

I don't know why you are having this problem getting ver11.2. Hopefully someone else will have the answer and post. Like I said I am not a computer guru. And everybodys computer system has differences. Goodluck! ( I have both in my folder and it dosen't conflict for me}
