No amount of profile resetting, extension removing, app updating seems to change that these few end users hang within seconds after launch. - I've been able to set "about:blank" to home on one, it still hung.

Reverting to 3.6.28, they are able to continue. Using ANY other browser they see no issues and no lag/hang in any other apps.

Not sure where you get those statistics from although for instance maybe some users are having problems due to Flash 11.3 use. See
