Chosen solution

The settings for the warning messages have been removed from the user interface (Bug 513166). You need to change the related security.warn_* prefs directly on the about:config page.
Filter: security.warn

You can check the security.warn_submit_insecure pref on the about:config page.

BTW: Firefox 10.0.3 ESR is not the latest.

Thanks, cor-el.

BTW: I don't think that most users would know where the "about:config" page is so I've provided a link here for future reference: http://kb.mozillazine.org/About:config
