Is there a replacement add-on for DragNDrop Toolbars

I would dearly like a replacement extension/add-on which lets me move toolbars vertically. The DragNDrop Toolbars add-on did just that, but does not work with/is incompatible with Firefox 13.01 and appears no longer to be supported.

Any ideas?
