From the menubar in Firefox it is only showing File, Edit, View, Bookmarks and Tools. The Help selection is missing.

In the Firefox web browser installed on my Windows XP desktop the 'Help' selection is missing from the menubar at the top. File, Edit, View, Bookmarks and Tools are there.

I did try un-installing Firefox completely, and tried a new download, but the issue still exists.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
