I keep getting a pop up window that says "You will be logged out in 30 seconds. Do you want to continue? Then there are two boxes "Yes Continue" or "No log out"

I periodically get a pop up window that states "You will be logged out in 30 seconds. Do you want to continue? Then there are two boxes "Yes Continue" or "No log out". It is a Firefox window and does not belong to any other applications or webpages I am running.

I do not think that is a native feature of Firefox. Perhaps it is related to an add-on?

A standard diagnostic for issues created by add-ons is to try Firefox's Safe Mode.

First, I recommend backing up your Firefox settings in case something goes wrong. See Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles. (You can copy your entire Firefox profile folder somewhere outside of the Mozilla folder.)

Next, restart Firefox in Firefox's Safe Mode (Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode) using

Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled

In the Safe Mode dialog, do not check any boxes, just click "Continue in Safe Mode."

Obviously it could take quite some time to determine whether this is making a difference...

Can you give a screenshot of this dialog? is it from one of your webpages? Some webpages will automatically log you out when you are inactive on them for a certain amount of time.
