As far as I can tell, Firefox Mobile 14 doesn't let you replace the built-in start page with another one. I think the Bookmark feature might be your best bet.

Maybe you can go to about:config and change browser.startup.homepage to your desired value.

I did test that last week, but it doesn't seem to have any effect on the startup screen.
