How do I keep the resend? window from popping up when I click the resend button? Some people say, don't use the back button. That does not apply to me, because when I want to refresh the page, i NEVER use the back button. This happens only on certain web pages, not all of them. (I do use the back button, but not to refresh a page. When I do use the back button, I almost never get a resend? window.)

This happens if you refresh a page that was originally requested from the server by sending POST data via a (hidden) form.

There is not much that you can do to avoid this confirmation in cases like this except to make sure that you haven't filled input fields on previous pages.
