I am the only user on me computer = the admin'. so why it wont let me download it? i even added a password so i can use it... still, just crashes after i choose the user.

but i cannot download it so how do i get to the "tools" section?

every time when i get to "run as" when i dowload ff - it crashes. it just shuts itself down and wont download anything. nothing happens!

i dont know if you can call it "crashing" but when i get to choose the user whom i want to install the software with - i choose and then the little window closes and nothing happens!

i use a laptop with windows 7 on it.

Can't you start the installer?

Try to run the program as Administrator (right-click: Run as Administrator).
