I tried that and it will still not go away. however the bottom part I am not sure how to do.

You can check theses prefs on the about:config page.

   toolkit.telemetry.prompted : 2
toolkit.telemetry.rejected : true *******(this one is not even listed)

also not to mention I also have the issue of the add ons not staying active. The themes she is using rests everytime. However on my computer(NOT!!! the one with the problem) it works fine.

UPDATE I ALSO LOOKED AT THE JFS OR W/E FILES LIKE THE LINK SAID AND NOTHING..

Try to create the toolkit.telemetry.rejected.

Go to about:config right-click anywhere in the list of preferences then in the context menu select New then select Boolean put the toolkit.telemetry.rejected, click OK, then set true, click ΟΚ, exit firefox and restart it, and check if the message disappeared.

Which security software (firewall, anti-virus) do you have?

You can check for problems with preferences and try to rename or delete the prefs.js file and possible numbered prefs-##.js files and a possible user.js file to reset all prefs to the default values.

It is possible that there is a problem with the file(s) that store the extensions registry.

Delete the files extensions.* (e.g. extensions.sqlite, extensions.ini, extensions.cache) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry.

New files will be created when required.

See "Corrupt extension files":

If you see disabled, not compatible, extensions in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions" then click the Tools button at the left side of the Search Bar (or click the "Find Updates" button in older Firefox versions) to check if there is a compatibility update available.

If this hasn't helped then also try to delete the addons.sqlite file.
