Bookmarks Sidebar. Stalls and I cannot drop web sights into it to bookmark. Sometimes it works, or at best it takes a long time to function. I can right click to bookmark, but that is clunky compared to dragging into side bar.

Also, 16.0.2 FF just seems to stall or run slow.

Problems with bookmarks and history not working properly can be caused by a corrupted places.sqlite database file.

You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database file in the Firefox Profile Folder.

It is not only that dragging bookmark into side bar is an issue- the side bar scroll bar will move, but the bookmarks will not move. Wait a while, and it will.

Close the sidebar {CMD/B] and reopen and it works for a while- usually.
