SeaMonkey e-mail seems to leave out spaces between words occasionally. How can I fix this? I'm using verion 2.14.1.

SeaMonkey Mail: When I type a paragraph of text into an e-mail message, send it to myself, and read it, I find that SeaMonkey occasionally merges words together leaving out the space. The original text has spaces but the received text doesn't. I am using 2.14.1 and have been having this problem only for the last month or so. At approximately the same time, I noticed that SeaMonkey began underlying parts of words in red. This happens when I backspace to correct a misspelled word. Are these problems related and how do I fix them? Must I reload SeaMonkey? The same occurs when I run in safe mode without addons.
