Whenever I'm trying to connect www.google.com, it gives the message "Problem Loading Page" and "The connection has timed out

The server at 172.18.126.168 is taking too long to respond."

But this is accessible through other browsers.

You can try to reset (power off/on) the router.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.
