I would enter various notes in the Properties Window of Bookmarks I have had for years. I would go to Bookmarks, find the bookmark, right click for Properties. the Properties Window s would appear, with the Name, the url, Tag, and a Description window. Now when I right click Bookmark, no Properties window appears. I am able to get to this Properties window via the Bookmark Toolbar, but not by using the Bookmark drop down.

hello, can you try to replicate this behaviour when you launch firefox in safe mode once? if not, maybe an addon is interfering here...

hello, This does not work when bookmarks are store in folders on the toolbar :( Only the bookmarks that are showing on the toolbar allow me to see the properties on Mozilla 19.0.2 on Mac osx 10.8.3

On a windows 7 pc i have imported a backup and that just works fine.

If it doesn't work with the Bookmarks Toolbar on Mac then you need to do this in the Library or the Bookmarks sidebar.

Thank you. On the side bar it will allow me to check properties. Still remains weird that in older versions I could work without the sidebar.
