hello isabell, unfortunately this seems to be a crash that is appearing in firefox 19 on windows 8 with AMD Radeon HD 6XXX/7XXX graphics cards - developers are investigating the causes of it...

the best option probably is to downgrade to the to the former version at the moment until this gets sorted out: Install an older version of Firefox ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/18.0.2/win32/

the auto-update in firefox 18 for the affected systems is now disabled and will be turned back on when a fix is available.
