How to undo userChrome.css changes?

I tested a userChrome.css file that I downloaded somewhere, and I didn't like the result, mainly because the scrollbars are too thin. So I deleted the file and restored the one I had before (I had made some changes of my own in the past). However, the scrollbars are still like the custom css file I deleted defined. How do I make them normal again? Everything else seems to be back to normal.

I feel stupid right now. The scrollbar change wasn't because of the css file, but the desktop theme. Sorry.
