Have one computer and several employees. Do not want them to access internet. Can a password be added so that when started it needs to be entered before internet (Firefox) will start.

There is no reliable manner of doing that. The one add-on I am aware of is very easily by-passed.

IMO, the best way to handle that is to set up a new Windows Logon User Account with the Firefox desktop shortcut for you, and remove the desktop shortcut from the other LUA's.
