Pause button in download window is gone

more options

Don't know if it was v19 or v20, but I realized recently that the download window no longer shows the pause button while a file is downloading. There used to be a pause button as well as a restart/retry button. Now there is only a stop (X) button.

I used the pause button fairly often, so I just wondered why it wasn't there or whether there was a way to get it back.
