Did it work before in Firefox and browsers other than IE?

Do you have history entries for pages from this device?

  • History > Show All History

If you have then try to right-click and use "Forget About This Site" to remove all stored data from it.

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from that domain like bookmarks, cookies, passwords, cache, history, and exceptions, so be cautious and if you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make a note of those passwords and bookmarks.

I take it that you have to use special software to access the cameras? Does that software rely on Active-X? If it does, Internet Explorer is the only browser that supports it.

Firefox does not support ActiveX, only iE version. Due to this fact, you not able to se any things in firefox, else to iE, cos in Firefox the needed ActiveX are not running. Only iE support activeX controller.

Good bless.
