Why did I get a warning about a site when i tried to access it from an email link, but not when i accessed it from a search engine?

I clicked this link from an email - https://www.lmsvc.com/jobs - and got the message "Untrusted connection"
When I went to research the site (searched it using my secure search) and clicked on the link from that page, it went right to the site with no warning.

I don't understand why i got the message only once, from the email link.

The connection to the website may not be a trusted. It's because Firefox believes it may not be secure and someone could eavesdrop. If you believe it's safe and it looks safe, then do not worry. When it says untrusted it does not mean the website is automatically malicious it's just Firefox doesn't trust the website.
