i have a WiFi connection at my college i entered correct proxy and port of college WiFi in my droid bt i cant access internet,same time i did the same process in laptop and opened Mozilla browser then it asks for a user name and password to access internet i entered the username and pass word that provided from collage, and got internet without any problem ! .. How this possible in android mozilla ..? please help me!!!

Only one idea comes to mind:

When you need to authenticate through a web page, it may help to request a page that isn't in your cache (e.g., a site or search engine you normally do not use), otherwise Firefox may try to use a cached page and fail to trigger the redirect to the login page.
