Your antivirus is still running in the background no matter the browser version, run norton live update and it will be compatible.

We get this question every time Firefox updates.

Norton will continue to operate in its capacity for AV protection. What changes is the ability for some of its other features of more speculative value. For instance if it has Phishing protection, that is something Firefox already provides anyway.

Contact the Norton site and update yoir Norton Software, they release new software to coincide with Firefox releases. Note also that a Firefox 23.0.1is a possibility and I suppose that may require yet another Norton upgrade shortly.

hello, according to norton the toolbar is already compatible with firefox 23. please run the norton liveupdate repeatedly & until all components are up-to-date. in addition make sure that the toolbar is enabled under firefox > addons > extension afterwards.
