I need a JAVA plug-in installed to complete a shipping transaction on eBay that I have already been charged for.

EBay window will not let me automatically install the plug-in so I click on the manual install choice & navigate to the JAVA Free Java download buttom page.

http://java.com/en/download/windows_xpi.jsp?locale=en

Clicking the button gets a "The connection was reset..." & I cannot install the plug-in.

Help!!!

I appreciate the heads-up on this. Could not find anything on the web about it . I checked my plug-ins & there is no Java or Oracle plug-ins at all listed among them.

Try to download the full offline 32 bit Java installer.

You can find the latest Java version on the Oracle website.

See Java Platform > Java SE 7Uxx (JRE Download)
