Adds just start playing through the sound system seemingly at random. I cannot figure out how to stop it.

sometimes when I click on a page, any page. An add starts playing. Usually I cannot see it. After I went into Adobe and made it ask for permission to play or listen or use the camera, it popped up but deny would not work.
