Unable to move the vertical Bar to the top

After i have upgraded to firefox 25 i encountered an issue.it happens some times when i open websites t vertical scroll bar stays at bottom.even i move to top it doesn't let me scroll up ,it automatically goes to the bottom.for Facebook it automatically refreshing without moving the scroll bar down.kindly assist

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.
