Firefox stops processing data, downloading, and/or playing videos when mouse stops moving. If I click outside Firefox window, it resumes, or I have to keep moving my mouse.

I reloaded Firefox and Flash, to no avail. Internet Explore works OK.

hello, this is unfortunately a known regression in firefox 25 that is affecting a small portion of users, for reference please refer to bug #933733.

your best option is probably to downgrade to firefox 24 at the moment until the issue gets resolved.
