Firefox should keep should keep English language in all other tabs by default and didn't make a change to other language just because you change it in one tab.

When I open many tabs and change the language in only one tab (Alt+Shift) the Firefox implement this change to all the other open tabs. How can I keep the different language in one tab only, but still work in English in all other tabs? That is not possible. When you change the language (keyboard layout) in Windows, either via the language bar or via a shortcut then this change applies to all open Firefox tabs and windows.

Note that having the Alt+Shift shortcut set to switch the language can cause you to change the language by accident in case you use a Firefox keyboard shortcut with this combination (Alt+Shift is the default for access keys on web pages).
