Hi Scottalm1, what your trying to open menu bar for tool options if you cant find that option menu bar or Tool bar just right the menu bar you see there are options to show bars for your menu bar ......hope this is the answer for the question......

Press the F10 key or tap the Alt key to bring up the hidden "Menu Bar" temporarily.
