The question tells it all. I downloaded Firefox. What do I do next to be able to participate in a webinar? None of the FAQs address this. I do not understand what they are talking about. I just want to listen in on the webinar.

Hello,

Please download the latest version of Firefox, install it and make sure you have flash player and other plugins necessary for your webinar.

Thanks!

I'm a Windows user, so I'm not sure how you install Firefox on Mac. Maybe this article will help: How to download and install Firefox on Mac.

Once you get Firefox installed, launch Firefox and then go to the website.
