When on 49ers.com website I can't view video's they just don't load/play

I am able to watch youtube video's and all others sites video's fine with FireFox just can't watch video's when at 49ers.com. When I use MS IExplorer they play fine... Don't know how long it's been like this because it used to work ??? Don't know what type of video they are ?? I just know they dont work...

There is "Avast Online Security" extension in your Firefox,please disable it and then try loading the site again.

To disable it please see Disable or remove Add-ons.

Avast online security extension has caused problems on other sites too. See this : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/979317

I have this same problem..and though i have the Avast plug-in installed...it's 'disabled'...so disabling it is not an option...

Any suggestions?

EDIT:

  • Restarted FireFox in 'safe mode' with all add-ons disabled and still can't watch videos on 49ers.com
  • Turned off Ad-block on the entire 49ers.com website, restarted FF...still no videos!
  • Updated Avast software, rebooted, disable Firefox & Adblock and still cant watch videos!
