Why is it when i try to download firefox it always tells me there is a virus and deletes it?

Are you downloading from mozilla.org?

If you are downloading the stub installer, you could try the full installer instead:

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/

Note that some malware will block you from getting third party browsers. You could supplement your regular security software with some of the tools listed in this article: Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware.
