Hi:

I am using Firefox v26.0 now. My problem is that now, when opening Firefox and it displays my rows of web sites (Fox Tabs as home page) the mouse has to be to the far right (off center of web icon) to open.

When I used Fox Tab with older version of Firefox ( v17.0.1) this was not a problem. How do I get it so that I can center my mouse on the site I want to open? Thanks,

ve6tp

Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox (you need to close and restart Firefox).

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the other extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.

Hi:

Thanks for the fast reply. I did all you suggested but nothing corrected the problem.

I decided to tackle this a little more rather than wasting your time. I wasn't able to find the answer to solve the problem, but this is what I did.

I went to Firefox's site for all the past versions. and started installing them (what a job). I wanted to see if I could help by determining at what version showed the change. This is how things ended up. ' Version 21.0 dated May 14/13 worked fine all around. Also, NO problem with anything on all earlier versions/dates.

Version 22.0 dated June 24/13 was the version my problem first shows up. All newer versions after that have the problem also.

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem but I hope it helps.

As for working on this, it is really a very minor problem. It's just an annoyance and I can live with it. However, I have decided to install v21.0 and that's fine by me.

Thanks a million for your help. It is really appreciated. ' Regards, ve6tp
