My password will not work anymore. What do I do?
I have using the same password for over a year and this evening when I tried to access my email, I am being told that it is an incorrect password. I am not computer knowledgeable, so find this all very confusing. I do not want a password as I don't have anything to hide or worry about. Please help me with some instructions that a 73 year old woman can understand. Thank you Sharon Larson gl1500@telus.net

If you access your email via webmail (i.e. using a browser), can you login with your password?
I can access my emails via telus webmail but my password is different with telus. It is just with Mozilla that I am having trouble.
Are you saying you're using a different password for webmail than for Thunderbird?
Then try the one which works for webmail with Thunderbird.
