Cannot get the advanced panel to come up in Options: Help!

I go to options. Click on advanced and nothing happens.

This could be a problem caused by an extension (possibly Advanced SystemCare)

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.

Also, if the last panel you used was Applications, you may need to wait for the list to load completely before you can change to another panel.
