I do not share with social media, I want to turn off this feature. How do I do that?

hello pnairick, i'm not sure what your question is referring to - there is no "share" feature built into firefox by default...

Yes, there is. Anytime you click on a site, the "share" on facebook or youtube or Yahoo will pop- up. The block pop up feature doesn't block it out either.

could you go to firefox > help > troubleshooting information, copy the contents of that page and paste them here into a reply on the forum? this might give us a clue what is going on...

You can check the social.* prefs on the about:config page and reset them in case some are user set (bold).

You can disable the Social features by setting the social.enabled pref to false on the about:config page.
