Just installed firefox on a new computer, Win7. The Welcome to firefox page came up with "no video with supported format and MIME format found" displayed over the firefox picture on "Welcome to Firefox" web page. Why can't it display it's own page? What do I need to do ? Hope it is simple, I am a computer dummy. Sorry.
