can't send e-mails with my talktalk.net account
I have set my talktalk e-mail account up according to the talktalk instructions but although I can receive e-mails I cannot send them I get the following message Sending of message failed. The message could not be sent because the connection to SMTP server smtp.talktalk.net was lost in the middle of the transaction. Try again or contact your network administrator.

Does your Anti-Virus scan outgoing mail?

Suggest you switch off scanning of outgoing mail and see if this fixes the issue.
