I have a login problem with BT mailserver
Sometimes I can login to my BT Yahoo e-mail, other times not. Like this morning I often receive the following error message:
"Sending of password did not succeed. Mail server mail.btinternet.com responded: (#MBR1213) Please verify your account by going to https://login.yahoo.com"
BT say they do not support Thunderbird, so cannot help me much. Has anyone any clues as to what the issue might be?

I use BT.
The Email link to be able to logon to your webmail is found at this link:
when you logon to webmail to change/update password, you need to logon by clicking on the 'Email' located far right link, which should take you to this: https://signin1.bt.com/login/emailloginform
What settings are you using. Please post this info. Help > Troubleshooting Information clik on 'copy text to clipboard' then paste the info into this question. you can edit all info on fonts and printers, but nothing else.
