No normal or master password works. It worked when I changed it, now it doesn't (?). Have asked for instructions, not received. Please help.

Hi, I changed my password yesterday and worked fine. I am not sure why today when I tried to log in, it doesn't work, very frustrating. It's the same password but it doesn't work (???). I have now changed it to a master password but this doesn't work either. I have asked for instructions to reset the password and haven't received anything. Not sure what else I need to do to log into my account.

Can someone help please? Please reply to beatriz_garzon@yahoo.com as I obviously won't be able to access a response sent to the email address connected to the Thunderbird account.

Tools / Developer tools / Error console

enter

openDialog("chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xul")

at the bottom of the error console window, then press 'Enter'

If you click on the following dialog the 'Reset' button the master password and ALL YOUR OTHER PASSWORDS will be cleared.
