Hi, could you please update your Flash to current version released this date either from it's applet in Control Panel or from ' https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, Win IE . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>

Sorry you hate new look. Check out Firefox Quantum 57 release Nov 14th https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/quantum/ and https://www.theregister.co.uk/2017/09/26/mozillas_new_firefox_quantum/

As for the changes I do not know why that was taken out nor do I like the new look myself but..... as I understand it is that 56 now does it automatically. You can check by about:config then in search paste accessibility.blockautorefresh and it should be set as True.

Ok, good news is is that there are Extensions that do that here if want further protection : https://www.google.ca/search?q=firefox+redirext+stopper+extensions&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&gws_rd=cr&dcr=0&ei=o3LdWaboM4yHjwS6m7CgCg

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

thank you for your super fast answer

I use and addon "redirect control "https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/redirect-control/ is good ..do the job..but I only need feature when I nagivate a particular website who is full of pop ups and redirects ... But the worst part this REDIRECT CONTROL make my life a hell...if i google something I need to click the YES BUTTON each time...is a hell

anyway till Firefox Quantum ..we have 1 more month

is very very simple bring back the ADVANCED in options

Is hard to use about:config by the way ..thanks for the hint "accessibility.blockautorefres"  ;)

Ummm, maybe when get to a Google Search next to the locked padlock there is a icon. Try clicking that on google and see if you can grant permissions there or when you get the popup clcik same icon and see if can give permissions. Am sorry I can not find anything current on this as code has changed and all pages are archived or the want to stop redirection, not allow it.

Again hang in, someone else prob knows more.
