Is there anyway revert firefox to previous version ? Current version 61.0.1 (32bit)
After update my firefox to latest 61.0.1 (32bit) version, I notice it is slow responding to the URL I entered and slow reaching the webpage, sometimes even timeout and need to retry a few times. If more than 2 tab is open, the symptom will be very obvious, the tabs load the webpage in a slow order.
I already refresh my Firefox, the issue remains. Therefore I would like revert to previous version which does not have the above issue.

Hi, give this a try : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 61.0.1 with a Full Version Installer

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Is the URL delay more of 'Waiting...' or 'Looking Up...'? I had this problem on and off not too long ago. I haven't seen it in a while, and right now, in this main browser window, I have 586 Tabs! (Not all fully-loaded, only ones I go to load-up - a 'Config' setting).
So, was it my adding of any Extensions? Changing my DNS? Was it a Windows-7 Update? I dunno. I think it's a combo of my changing to another DNS and regularly shutting down FF and ReStarting my computer regularly.
Have you flushed your DNS Cache? Changed DNS from what your local one is? (Such as OpenDNS or Google's 8.8.8.8 or find the NameBench program and run it to find the FASTEST DNS for your area, whether it's your ISP's DNS or a better one nearby.)
When is the last time you ReBooted you modem, router and computer?
Try the following:
Does shutting down FF and all programs and your computer, turn off modem/router for a few minutes, restart modem/router - wait about 3 minutes, then ReStart Windows/Computer and FF help?

Thanks you for the valuable reply :)
I try Pkshadow 's method, reinstall current release Firefox 61.0.1 with a full version installer, and the performance is much more better. Looks like during "version update" some how create some issues.
Also, I follow Pj's advise, however there is not much differrent, so I think the real problem is during the "version update".
Really appreciate the help !
If you use Sync then best is to disconnect Sync temporarily during troubleshooting.
You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database (bookmarks and history) in the Firefox profile folder.
- use "Verify Integrity" on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page
close and restart Firefox in case errors are reported and retry
See also:
- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Bookmarks+not+saved#w_fix-the-bookmarks-file
If "Verify Integrity" on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page cannot repair places.sqlite then remove all places.sqlite files in the Firefox profile folder. Firefox will rebuild places.sqlite and restore the bookmarks from a recent JSON backup in the bookmarkbackups folder.
- keep a backup copy of places.sqlite in case a new places.sqlite database has to be created

You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
- Help -> Troubleshooting Information -> Profile Directory:
Windows: Show Folder; Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder - http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox
