stopped receiving emails
Hi, After server migration and account reconfiguration to new server details one of email account working perfect, but other account downloaded all inbox up to 30/11/2018 and stopped. Saying that all inbox up to date. I checked webmail and can see that is more new emails 01/12/2018 - 06/12/2018. I can send emails, but can't receive any new. Also mobile app also downloading all emails up to date as should be. Both emails on the same domain name. Please advice on such problem.

There may be a message that arrived around 30/11/2018 that is corrupted and blocking the download of newer email through TB. Access the account via webmail and delete or move messages one-at-a-time around that time (Inbox and Spam/Junk folders), until normal downloading resumes.
I tried to do that and deleted emails in webmail up to 28/11/2018, but nothing changed. Now last emails in TB is 28/11/2018. Every time i hit Get Messages, Activity Manager shows that it's downloading 2 of 10 messages. After 10 of 10 downloaded it shows email is up to date, "Total number of messages downloaded: 10". But no new messages at inbox, last 28/11/2018. Any solution?
Is there any kind of security program scanning email and possibly filtering or quarantining recent mail?
I have Norton, but even if i disabled firewall and auto-protect still could not get latest emails on particular account. As i mention there is 2 the same domain email accounts on the same settings. One working other one partially working. Can send, but not receiving anything after 28/11/2018.
