Since installing Firfox 4.0 the colour of the bar containing from File, Edit, View to Help is now one that I find difficult to read as it is too dark. I would much prefer a lighter colour so Ican more easily read the headings. If this is supposed to be an improvement then I am not impressed and if I cannot improve the background colour will revert to IE8. Hopefully there is a way to adjust this.
