base page for xfinity tv (on demand portion) opens fine; selecting TV for channel guide yields neterror "page is not redirecting properly" FF detected that server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. Initial link (http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/) then Watch on TV to get channel guide has worked for years yields (http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/tv-listings?cmpid=xf_dash_tvl) and the net error message. I tried deleting the characters after listings with the same results.

The problem started a few days ago when typing the url for another site in the address bar correctly without www google always incorrectly added www.

There was an old thread that hacked how to turn it off: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/que.../714016 However it looks like it is expected if the entry is new, as when I tried it the cached entry auto-completed, but when I entered a new url the www was prep pended.

The error on the page also says: "This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

I filed a bug for this: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1045160
