Good afternoon

Log in to my mozilla account and when I synchronize my account to recover my logins and my bookmarks it doesn't show me anything, it's empty as if I didn't have any information, the detail is that I've been with that account for years and all my information was loaded there.

Firefox Sync IS NOT A BACKUP SERVICE. It was not designed to be one and it doesn't always function properly as one. There's not always a complete or permanent copy of your data stored on the Firefox Sync servers.

It's also important to note that certain account-level actions, like resetting your Firefox Account password will erase any sync data stored on the account. This is because the data is encrypted using the account password, so changing your account password means it can no longer be used to decrypt the data.

As for your issue, if your data is not coming back into Firefox, it's probably not stored on Firefox Sync. You can try disconnecting and then reconnecting to Firefox Sync, but that may not work.

If you still have access to the old data in Firefox, it's best to get a copy from there.
